So I don’t normally read or review non-fiction. It isn’t really my jam and while I do own a lot of non-fiction I tend to peruse it, get the main points, and then leave it unfinished.
With that said, I bought this book after really connecting with the content over @wisdomofanxiety and all I have to say is WOW. I actually devoured every single page and was sad when it was over. I have never felt like someone so deeply understood how my anxiety felt before I read this book. I truly believe it changed my life for the better!
If you struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, obsessive behavior (read: Googling about worst case scenarios all night), you HAVE to read this book. Like seriously, go buy it right now!!! And then let me know what you think once you read it. 😬
